I love this whole Thankful for series. All the pictures of Luke and Owen together are so touching. I am really curious, however, about the green bottle from 1976! Its story wants to be told.

Isn't it amazing how an object can trigger such vivid memories? Your story was so touching--brought tears to my eyes. I love that all of you in your twenties went to stay with the grandparents. It says much about them and about you. And that you told your mom you had just met the man you'd marry! Such a closeknit family.
They were amazingly special people. And that bottle really did bring back such good memories!
I am glad that you took the time to read that entry. When I re-read it to post last week, I got all emotional again :-) It is one of my favorite posts, even though it's not about homeschooling.
