Technical Difficulties...

Update 1/25/11: It works! I don't know why, or what happened, but it's just so nice to see our un-blurry girls. Yay!

So, you'll notice that the header is all foggy, and it's even hard to make out the words up there, right?

The weird thing is, when I'm looking at the banner in my photo-editing software, it looks great - it's only when uploaded that you can't recognize any of our darling hens, or read the title of this blog even.

And when I try to upload other, formerly-fine banners, they all look like this. So, I think I'm going to have to leave it for a day or two, and try another fix.

Sorry! The girls really were ready for their close-up, even if the close-up wasn't ready for them...

Interesting. Were you fiddling with the picture size a lot? Reducing and enlarging the picture in search of the right size can make the photo fuzzy. I do a lot of resizing, so I usually tinker and when I find the size I like, I note the dimensions before I go back to the original shot and re-edit. Just a thought.

Peace and Laughter!

A few blogs on my google reader have been mentioning banner problems. Maybe it is a Blogger problem going on right now? That would be my guess since some of your previously fine headers are acting oddly now. Well, that is if you weren't tinkering with the old headers before trying them. If you had even opened the old headers before trying them it could be a default setting on your software making the photos too small.

I was having the urge to mess with the look of my blog, but I might wait a few days in case Blogger has hiccups or something.

I had major problems with my new header as well (I ended up scrapping it because I couldn't ever get it set up properly.) I blame Blogger. :)
